Easily convert the analogue video signal from an RGB Component video or a computer VGA connection in to a digital HDMI signal for use with HDMI supported displays. The HDMI output signal is selectable as either a 720p or 1080p HDMI video format.
The converter is a ‘box-in-the-middle’ device with either a VGA or Component cable going into it and a HDMI cable coming out of it. For example the VGA connection found on most laptops can be converted to HDMI for use on HDTVs, enabling better viewing of online media players such as the BBC iPlayer, YouTube, iTV Player, 4OD, Sky Player, Demand 5 etc.
